30 Days Free Returns

Cabaia offers 30 Days Free Returns from the date you receive your order.

To start a return, customers must contact our customer service team first to receive the correct return instructions and return details. Returns sent without contacting customer service first may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the return conditions below.

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, clean, and in its original condition.
  • The item must include original tags, packaging, accessories, and any included components where applicable.
  • The item must not show signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, stains, odors, or misuse.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

How to Start a Return

Please do not send your item back before contacting customer service. We do not display a fixed return address because return details may depend on your order and return request.

Return Shipping Cost

Cabaia offers 30 Days Free Returns for eligible return requests that are approved by our customer service team.

Returns must be started through customer service before any item is sent back. Returns sent without approval, without the correct return details, or to an unauthorized location may not be accepted.

Refund Process

After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • The refund processing time is 3–15 days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method used for the order.
